Social RIZ support

How can we help?

Social RIZ is currently available as a private pilot. The support team can help with access, connected accounts, privacy requests, and controlled campaign workflows.

Email support

Send a description of the issue and the organization name associated with your workspace. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, developer tokens, or advertising platform secrets by email.

Connected accounts

Social RIZ uses provider authorization screens for Google Ads and Meta Ads. You choose the advertising account after authorization. If the expected account is missing, confirm that your provider user has direct access and the advertising account is active.

Meta Ads customer setup

The customer should use a Facebook account with full control of the business portfolio and ad account they want to connect. In Meta's authorization screen, they select their own portfolio—not Social RIZ's developer portfolio—and share at least one ad account.

If the customer does not yet have a Meta business portfolio:

  1. Enter the customer's public business name, contact email, country, and a legitimate website or public business profile.
  2. Confirm the ad-account currency and time zone carefully. Meta may not allow these settings to be changed later.
  3. Complete Meta's connection confirmation, return to Social RIZ, and explicitly choose the ad account Social RIZ may use.

Connecting does not create a campaign, add billing, or spend money. Social RIZ never asks for a Facebook password. When a customer disconnects Meta Ads, Social RIZ removes its encrypted credential and requests authorization revocation from Meta.

Campaign safety

A campaign must have a current approval before Social RIZ can send it to a connected provider. Provider campaigns are created paused. Contact support if the status in Social RIZ and the advertising platform do not agree.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email support@socialriz.com from the address associated with your account. Include the organization name and whether you are requesting access, correction, disconnection, export, or deletion.

Meta users can also review our Meta data-deletion instructions. A signed request from Meta removes stored Meta authorization data and returns a confirmation code with a public completion-status page.
